Rachelle Dunstan is an experienced leader and innovator in Australia’s disability sector, with a strong background spanning service design, policy, and systemic reform. She is currently the Innovation Lead at the Summer Foundation, driving initiatives to improve housing and support models for people with disability, and serves on the board of Autism Awareness Australia. As co-founder of Kite Therapy, she has contributed to developing accessible and evidence-based therapy services. Her earlier roles include Head of Navigator at Hireup, Service Designer at the NDIA, and Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group, where she gained deep expertise in strategy and financial services transformation.

Aviva Beecher Kelk is a social worker and sector innovator with extensive experience across disability services, housing, and market design. She holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne focused on NDIS market stewardship and has led major initiatives shaping participant choice and independence. As Growth Lead at Hireup, Aviva developed and led the organisation’s Independent Living Options housing model, following business development work with Thrive365, a supported independent living provider. She is also the co-founder of Clickability, Australia’s first review platform for disability services, which she successfully grew and sold, demonstrating her strong track record in social enterprise and systems innovation.
